Our standard terms in plain words. Your signed contract sets out the details for your project.
A fixed quote first
Within 48 hours of a free call we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and price. Work starts only when you agree to it.
Pay by milestone
40% to start, 30% at the midpoint demo and 30% at launch. Retainers are paid monthly in advance.
You own the code
The code, designs and accounts are yours once the project is paid. We work in your GitHub and your hosting from day one.
Changes are quoted
New ideas are welcome. Anything outside the agreed scope gets a price and a date before we build it, so the bill never surprises you.
30-day warranty
We fix bugs in what we built for free for 30 days after launch. After that, a care plan or hourly support covers it.
NDA on request
Happy to sign your NDA, or send ours, before you share anything about your idea.
Stop any time
If you need to stop, you pay for the work done to date and you keep all of it.

How can you build so fast?
We start from a stack we have already shipped with, keep the first version small, and release every week. The speed comes from scope and experience, not shortcuts: tests, code review and the 30-day warranty come with every build.
Where are you based?
We work remotely with clients worldwide from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines (GMT+8). We keep a few hours each day that overlap with your working day, whether you are in Australia, Asia, Europe or the Americas.
I only have an idea. Can you help?
Yes. The first call and the proposal are free. We help you decide what the first version needs and what can wait, so you spend money on what matters.
Who owns the code?
You do, once the project is paid. We work in your GitHub and your hosting accounts from the start, so nothing is locked to us.
Can you take over an existing app?
Yes. We start with a short paid code review, then tell you honestly whether to fix, extend or rebuild it.
Do you design too?
Yes. We design the screens in Figma before building, or we build from your designer's files.
How do we stay in touch?
A shared board for tasks, a weekly demo call, and messages answered within one business day. Slack, email, WhatsApp or Viber, whichever you use.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices on this page are in US dollars. We can also invoice in euros, pounds, Australian dollars or your local currency, by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal.
